- Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical and piping on USS TORNADO (PC 14). Solicitation will be available on or about 2 May 2017. Offers are restricted to holders of an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Market research was conducted from 2 - 13 March 2017 and this solicitation is a 100% small business set aside.
