- DESCRIPTION: The Mark Twain National Forest is advertising a project for Road Reconditioning on the Ava Unit of the Ava/Willow Springs/Cassville Ranger District in Missouri. This project is for reconstruction and reconditioning of Forest Service Road 147 - Glade Top. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to accomplish the work as depicted in the drawings and described in the Scope and Specifications. GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE: The Government's estimated price range for the total of all items combined is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: AG-64R4-S-17-0015 is being issued as an RFP and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation and related documents will only be issued electronically via FedBizOpps and are expected to be available on or about 12 April 2017. A formal Pre Bid will be held - date to be determined and provided in the RFP.
