- SF18 Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Ben Flores at benjamin.r.flores@navy.mil no later than March 26, 2017. Solicitation N0042117T0152 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a brand name basis for Cable Wire, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1) This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offers must complete the attached certification in Section I of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than March 26,2017. Only brand name responses, from authorized dealer will be considered.
