- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION: Per U. S. Coast Guard Area Pacific 3100.5A, the vessel is restricted from Washington homeport CPBs: Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound Washington. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Solicitation Number HSCG80-17-Q-PV1346 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for US CGC SEA DEVIL (WPB -87368) DRY DOCK REPAIRS on U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) SEA DEVIL (WPB 87368), an 87-Foot Patrol Boat. The vessel is home ported at Naval Base Kitsap Silverdale, WA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND NO ADDITIONAL WRITTEN SOLICITITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-90 dated August 29, 2016. Prospective offeror is responsible for downloading this solicitation RFQ, All File Attachments, Posted Memorandums, and any Amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps https://www.fbo.gov website for the release of any amendments. The Purchase Order will be awarded on a Firm Fixed price. This contract will be using Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. The requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 336611; 1250 employees; respectively. Quotes for this requirement described in the CGC SEA DEVIL (WPB 87368) SPECIFICATION FOR DRYDOCK REPAIRS (Rev-0, 14 March 2017) Attached to this posting are due by 31 March 2017 2PM (EST), to Cabin Long via email at Cabin.S.Long@USCG.MIL. Offeror(s)' quotation must include all of the information, as required and as applicable, found in FAR Clause 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2015), which is incorporated by reference. 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
