- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Large business firms, to provide six (6) rack servers and two (2) workstations for the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC, 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295, as described below. General Requirements: BRAND NAME (DELL) OR EQUAL: One (1) DELL PowerEdge R430 Rack Server (Tele-ICU). 1U footprint. No Trusted Platform Module. Chassis that supports four (4) 3.5" hot plug drives. Two (2) Intel Xeon E5-2623 v4 2.6GHz, 10M Cache, 4 Cores with Hyperthreading (85W). Advanced ECC memory configuration; four (4) 16GB RDIMM, 2400MT/s; Dual Rank memory. Two (2) free x16 PCIe low profile expansion slots (via riser board if necessary). Internal SAS RAID card for drives, RAID 1 configuration. Two (2) 10 TB 7.2K RPM near line SAS; 512e (not 4Kn) format; 3.5" hot plug hard drives. One dedicated LOM (lights out memory) twisted pair Ethernet network interface port. Minimum three (3) 1GB twisted pair Ethernet - network interface ports.
