Description
DLA-AHA, Carmen Smith, Contract Specialist, via email carmen.smith@dla.mil or facsimile 256-876-1234. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number.PRON: AX6T2251AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 15 each up to 65 each maximum of a DRIVE UNIT,ANGLE; NSN: 3010-01-320-1193; Part Number: 5020-010 applicable to the BN UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 15 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 25 each, 180 DACA with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, 78419-5255. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 15 each, 2nd Year, 15 each, 3rd Year, 15 each, 4th Year 15 each, 5th Year 5 each. This item is restricted to WOODWARD, INC. CAGE CODE: 66503 AND GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 99207. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both. It is not economical to buy the data or rights to the data. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
