Indicate business size standard as large or small. Small business is preferred in order to meet small business goals. Shall be properly registered in www.sam.gov with appropriate NAICS and business size standard. E-mail response shall be in a printer friendly format using Word or PDF, 8x11 page size, 5 page limit.
