Description

Vendor Response Workbook Dental Chair and Delivery System RFI The purpose of this request is to obtain information from industry. This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation to submit to Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) the following: technical information and all related supporting documentation for Dental Chair and Delivery System Packages. This request is a market research effort undertaken by the Government which will be used for information gathering purposes. The information receieved will be used for Acquisition Planning purposes and will help define future requirements for the subject item. Vendor questions regarding this RFI are due, in writing, no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on April 5, 2017. Vendor responses to this RFI must be received by this office no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on April 12, 2017. Please see the attached document for technical information and points of contact.
