- Solicitation WC-133W-17-RQ-0272 Combined Synopsis Solicitation: Snow Removal Services This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). Written quotes are being requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This is a solicitation from the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City (EAD-KC), 601 East 12 th Street, Room 1734, Kansas City, MO 64106. The requirement is to provide the following items: Ø Provide Snow Removal Services for the National Weather Service, Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Caribou, Maine. o In accordance with the Statement of Work o Base Period: 15 APR 17 - 31 MAR 18 o Four (4) 1 year option periods. This RFQ and the following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-91. This procurement is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $7.5M. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. Department of Labor wage rates are applicable to this requirement and can be obtained at http://www.wdol.gov or upon request for Nebraska (Statewide). All items under this contract shall be FOB Destination and the place of acceptance is NOAA/National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Caribou, Maine.
