- AMRDEC Instructions Draft Performance Work Statement THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) business and emailed to General Services OASIS POOL 1 contractors. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice is not a commitment, implied or otherwise by the Government, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The Government will use information received in response to this notice as market research and used for planning purposes only. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the responder and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary. The Government anticipates North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611 however, the government will entertain a different NAICS code but a rationale must be provided.
