DOL Area Wage Determinations Collective Bargaining Agreements DD Form 254, Continuation Sheet DD Form 254 Draft SOW TE-5 GFE Draft SOW Section C-6 Publications Statement of Work PTR RFP Section M PTR RFP Section L PTR RFP CLIN Structure Notice to Potential Offerors Operation, Maintenance and Support (OM&S) of Air Combat Command (ACC) and Air Force Global Strike Command ( AFGSC) Primary Training Ranges (PTR) ACC Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, hereby publicizes its intention to solicit non-personal services for OM&S of 14 ACC and AFGSC PTRs at nine locations (Range Operating Authority are in parenthesis): Dare County Range (Seymour Johnson), Poinsett Ranges (Shaw), Grand Bay Range (Moody), Avon Park Range (Moody), Snyder Range (Dyess), Belle Fourche Range (Ellsworth), Holloman Ranges (Holloman), Mountain Home Ranges (Mountain Home), and Guam Range (Andersen AFB). PTRs consist of Electronic Combat Ranges (ECR), Electronic Warfare Sites (EWS), and Bombing and Gunnery (B&G) ranges. The ranges accommodate basic to intermediate air-to-surface training. Typical PTRs contain target arrays, threat simulators, and weapons scoring systems and provide Service Class A, B, and/or C range capabilities. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a 30-day transistion for CONUS and 75-day transition for Guam, 11-month base contract period for CONUS and 10-month base contract period for Guam, and four one-year option periods. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will result from the solicitation using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about 11 April 2017, with the anticipated date for receipt of proposals on or about 12 May 2017. The anticipated award date is on or about 1 December 2017. The Government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documentation will not be made available. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the website for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. Contact with government personnel, other than the ACC AMIC Contract Manager and/or Contracting Officer listed below, by a potential offeror or their employees' regarding this project is strictly prohibited. In order to be eligible for award, registration under the correct North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database is required. To register, go to http://www.ccr.gov. The applicable NAICS code for this solicitation is 561210, Facilites Support Services, and the small business size standard is $38.5 million.
