- SF 18 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N0017817Q0018 Submitted by: Jules Ward NAICS Code: 334418 FSC Code: 5998 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 23 March 2017 Anticipated Closing Date: 30 March 2017 Contracts POC Name: Jules Ward Telephone#: 540-653-8131 Email Address: Julie.waizenhoferwar@navy.mil Code and Description: 5998 – Synchro Circuit Cards This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017817Q0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to Data Device Corporation (DDC) for the following product: SB-36232K6-JL3, Synchro Circuit Cards. The cards must be compatible with existing systems presently installed. DDC is located in Bohemia, New York 11716-2426. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 30 March 2017, no later than 3 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 17 April 2017.
