FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, Critcal, Higher Level Contract Quality, Export Control. Government First Article Testing Applies NSN 1440-011272424, CAM, LATCH, HOLDBACK, Min 110, Max 220, EAD 220, Max Annual 440. FOB Origin, Inspecition and Acceptance at Origin, Critical, Export Control. Contractor First Article Testing Applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
