Description

Limited Sources Justification The purpose of this notification is to announce that the IRS intends to award a four-month extension from March 24, 2017 through July 24, 2017, to an existing contract with DLT Solutions LLC, TIRNO-15-K-00384, GS-35F-4543G. It is imperative that the Program office continues its work with the current support to stay on track with the project timeline in order to meet the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) mandate and DHS inspection schedule later in CY 2017. To fully implement and integrate the Quest toolset, we need architectural, consultation, and integration services to meet our implementation deadlines. This contract provides those services to fully implement the Quest suite of tools in the IRS enterprise. The IRS currently plans to issue a competitive solicitation in FY 2017 to support this requirement. The IRS will be engaging in market research and industry engagement as the basis of a competitive award to support this requirement going forward. The IRS is not requesting any information from industry in response to this notice, and it is important to note that the information provided may change, or be replaced in its entirety.
