- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Central Iowa Health Care System requires a 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Medical Doctor, board certified or board eligible Pulmonologist provider on site for beneficiaries of the Central Iowa Health Care System. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 561320 Temporary Health Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-17-R-0394. The solicitation is set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation will contain requirements for a six-month base period with a six-month option to renew. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about March 24, 2017 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
