- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center - Atlantic (SSC-LANT), Charleston, SC intends to extend the period of performance on contract N65236-09-D-5180 with Raytheon Blackbird Technologies, Inc. for an additional 15 months. This 15 month extension is for continued support to provide Tagging, Tracking and Locating equipment, to supply logistic support from accountability to air time and to provide specialized training and Field Service technical support for this equipment. While this notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability, and submit information which shall be considered by the agency in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(d)(2). Comments shall be submitted to Layne Dellinger, Code 2243LD, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic via e-mail: david.dellinger@navy.mil no later than 7 April 2017.
