Description

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for golf course management services in the form of a management lease agreement. The selected offeror will operate, maintain, and potentially redevelop the Heroes Golf Course located at VA s West Los Angeles campus, 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90073. Heroes Golf Course is a nine-hole golf course that is comprised of approximately 14-acres of land and improvements consisting of a clubhouse and storage facility. The VA s goal is for the selected offeror to commence operations within thirty (30) days of lease execution. Proposals are due no later than April 21, 2017, 2:00pm PDT Questions are due no later than April 14, 2017 Site Visit Time and Date: April 7, 2017, 11:00am PDT Site Visit Location: VA West LA Medical Center, Conference Room 6400, Sixth Floor, located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90073 If you are interested in attending the Heroes Golf Course visit, please email Thomas Payne at thomas.payne2@va.gov to confirm your attendance.
