- Single Cell DNA Amplification Sources Sought Notice The purpose of this requirement is to amplify DNA from a single cell nuclei to have around 5ug of DNA by the AccuSomatic Amplification protocol. After the amplification, the DNA will be sent for sequencing. The project is to study the genome damage accumulation in single cells that are collected from a number of healthy individuals distributed over a wide age range and correlate them with the major phenotypes of aging and global measure of DNA repair.
