Page 1 of 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-0372 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, and small business size standard is 750 employees. This is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The requirement is for acquisition and installation of the Stryker Neptune Rover 3 for the Specialty and Acute Care (SAC) department at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, Ohio. Delivery location is the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106-1702. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95.
