Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Salem VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone's, interest to upgrade laboratory exhaust and A/C at the Salem VA Medical Center and related clinics. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center located at Salem, VA is seeking a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to resolve existing cooling and ventilation issues within the Laboratory. Reference contract drawings and specifications for construction details. Supplemental to the construction, the Contractor will also provide quality control and testing services VAMC Salem, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 236220, Size Standard in millions of dollars is $36.5 Million, and the Classification code is Z1DA. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1. Company name and DUN # 2. POC information 3. Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.
