- Starting on September 23, 2015 the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia entered into, on a sole source basis, a Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) which supports the repair of 14 line item components, which are being uploaded with this synopsis as an Attachment, for H-60 Legacy aircraft and MTS FLIR system. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a small business set-aside. The anticipated ceiling amount for this agreement was $77 million with a four year ordering period. The applicable NAICS codes are 336413, 334210, 334419, and 335312 and the applicable FSC codes are 1680, 5895, 5999, and 6130 respectively. The government intends to contract with sole source Raytheon (96214) 2501 W. University Dr. McKinney, TX 75070-2813. The government anticipates continuing the four year unpriced BOA with the intention of negotiating pricing as more history is acquired. Contractors must be SAM registered. Representations and Certifications will be collected online. Contractors should provide Representations and Certifications electronically via www.sam.gov.
