Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI). The USDA-ARS intends to purchase this item(s) if and when funding becomes available. This request is submitted for the USDA-ARS to build a requirement and find potential vendors for product(s) to enhance research capabilities. Specifications below are based on the Microcentrifuge being used. The USDA-ARS requests proposed products that meet and/or exceed the current specifications for the listed item. The USDA-ARS is looking to upgrade aging equipment with state of the art products. Important functions for suggestions: -Max Speed: 13,333rpm -Max RCF: 17,000 X G -Net Weight: 23lbs -Noise lvl: <56dB -Timer: 1-99min in 1min increments -Certifications/Compliance: IEC 61010-1, IEC 61010-2, IEC 61010-020, CSA certified, CE marked, IVD complaint, Certified Biosaftey -Type:Vetilated -Refrierated: No -24 x 1.5/2.0mL rotor -120V 60Hz Product must fit in an area of (due to limited space): 13.75” x 9.63” x8.88” Information to be sent to: Brian Fien at Brian.Fien@ars.usda.gov, for questions please call 509-335-3349.
