Page 1 of 1 DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) Sources Sought VA246-17-N-0675 In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise specifications, and refine minimum Government requirements, before the release of any associated solicitation. Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is contemplating a contract action to provide Custom Surgical Procedure Bundles to the VA Asheville Medical Center (Charles George Medical Center) in Asheville, North Carolina. A brand name justification will be provided with the solicitation, limiting offers to only those items in the pack contents list. The ordering period of the contract is anticipated to begin on or around 1 June 2017, assuming that contract award is timely. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify sources, for market research purposes only.
