- Solicitation W81K00-17-T-0142 Synopsis - Cost-Per-Test Agreement Solicitation Number W81K00-17-T-0142 The Department of Pathology at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Ft Sill Oklahoma, has a requirement for a cost-per-test agreement for Immunoassay and Immunochemistry. The Immunoassay Analyzer System shall have onboard reagents and dedicated STAT capabilities to maximize productivity, regardless of volume or types of tests. The services are for a base period of 1 April 2017 - 30 September 2017. This requirement is being solicited as full and open procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413, "In-vitro diagnostic test substances manufacturing " The Small Business Administration's size standard is 1,250 employees. The solicitation number is W81K00-17-T-0142. The solicitation will be available on/about 25 March 2017 at the FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
