- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT. The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror to: Provide "Operations and Maintenance Services" at five locations in Michigan. Location 1: Gerald R. Ford Federal Building, 110 Michigan Street, Grand Rapids, Michigan Location 2: Federal Building, US Post Office and Courthouse, 410 West Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, Michigan Location 3: Charles Chamberlain Federal Building, 315 W. Allegan St., Lansing, Michigan Location 4: Federal Building, 600 Church Street, Flint, Michigan Location 5: Social Security Administration Building, 611 E. Genesee Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan This project includes, but is not limited to, providing management supervision, labor, materials, equipment, repair parts, tools and supplies. Contractor is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of the buildings. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical systems and equipment, mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, exhaust systems and air conditioning; fire protection and life safety systems and equipment; building monitor and control systems; architectural and structural systems, fixtures, and equipment within the site; maintenance of landscape irrigation systems; mechanical equipment for window washing; locks, keycard systems, vehicle barrier systems and static and dynamic bollard systems; dock levelers and roll-up and sliding garage doors; storm drainage systems; roofing system investigations and repairs; flagpole lighting and pulley system; kitchen/concessions area drains; conveying equipment, parking control equipment, and loading dock equipment. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes, including any supplements or revisions. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). Additionally include; three customer references to which you have provided similar services, and your company business size pursuant to the following questions: (1) Is your business large or small, (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business or small disadvantaged business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, (4) Is your firm a certified Hubzone firm? (5) Is your firm woman-owned or operated business? (6) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small or Veteran Owned Small Business? The Method of Award for any future solicitation is based on past performance and price. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR "SOURCES SOUGHT," SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR OFFER. INFORMATION IS TO BE PROVIDED ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS.
