- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully refurbish the item listed below in support of the TAMCN A0387 program. The subject requirement is for the refurbishment the following items: CLIN 0001 - NSN: 7035-01-621-1706, Control, Data Transmission, Quantity 10 each. Delivery 90 days after receipt of the assets. Delivery to SW3121, TMO, Albany, Georgia 31704-1128. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212, and the small business size standard is 27.5 million dollars. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors. All offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability to provide these items without the Government providing technical data. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capabilities statement shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone number, e-mail, web site, etc.); DUNS number and CAGE Code; and 3) Familiarity and product knowledge. The Government will use responses in this Sources Sought notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING OR SUBMITTING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZES THAT PROPRIETARY DATA MAY BE A PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. IF SO, CLEARLY MARK SUCH RESTRICTED OR PROPRIETARY DATA AND PRESENT IT AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE NON-RESTRICTED/NONPROPRIETARY INFORMATION NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE.
