Page 1 of 1 This Sources Sought notice is to update statement of work requirements that were listed in the Sources Sought Notice # VA242-17-N-0392 that was posted on March 23, 2017; requirements in this Sources Sought notice supersede the aforementioned notice. The Buffalo VA Medical Center has a requirement for service maintenance agreement for its GE PET/CT Discovery VCT (P#3V1) Diagnostic Imaging machine located at VA Western New York Healthcare System (VA) 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo NY 14215. This service agreement is for the repair and maintenance of the GE PET/CT Scanner which includes labor, corrective maintenance service, all replacement parts required for corrective or planned maintenance service, remote service diagnostics and repair, phone clinical applications support, software updates and upgrades. This agreement includes Pin source coverage as well as system and tube coverage for 1000-2000 patients per year. All work shall be performed by certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technicians while using new OEM parts. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $50,000.00 and $300,000.00. This sources sought notice is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an FSS or an open market veteran owned business set aside for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
