- LIVING QUARTERS FOR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES AG-9JGP-S-17-0050 March 27, 2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation (SF-1449) will not be issued. Solicitation AG-9JGP-S-17-0050 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95, dated 1/19/2017. This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 721310 and the size standard is $7.5 M. The requirements for the Living Quarters must meet the following specification: Provide fully furnished living quarters within 5 miles of the town of Foresthill, CA. Housing needs and dates are as follows: May 12th, 2017 through September 01st 2017, Housing for 4 employees. These living quarters must have kitchen facilities including kitchen sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils and dishes; living quarters fully furnished with the following; tables, chairs, couch, and beds; all utilities included in the price as well as maintenance and repairs. Two beds per room is preferred, twin beds are acceptable. Living quarters must have a bathroom and functioning shower. To accommodate all of the people needing housing, multiple houses, cabins, or rooms in a lodge can be used to satisfy this requirement. Having the employees stay in one place without having to relocate for weekends is preferred. The government reserves the right to pull out of the lease early with a 30 day notice. If that is not possible, then we require that housing be provided in large chunks of time based upon our employee pay periods. This is because we have to calculate the percentage rate that is chargeable back to the employee, and it can only be done by the pay period. Below is a list of the pay period dates for reference. Please specify how many people you can house, based on the needs as defined, for each pay period in the same location. Please include for each pay period what house/houses the employees will be living in. Please also include for each house the number of rooms, and the number of beds in each respective room. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: Offerors shall submit quotes to the office specified in this Solicitation on or before the exact time specified in the Solicitation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, is used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. You may provide a statement that your Representations and Certifications are provided through your SAM account validation. If you do not currently have a valid SAM account then you must provide a copy of 52.212-3. The clause at 52.212-4, (May 2015) Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, (November 2015) Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. If the vendor requires any clarification of the above Provisions and Clauses, please request assistance prior to the closing response date and time. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded this order. Payments will be processed through the IPP system.
