Description

Industry Day for Managed Services (Tier-0, Tier-1 and Tier-2): The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) will be holding an Industry Day on April 5, 2017 from 9:00am to 12:00 pm (CT) in Austin, TX. Industry Day will be held at the Wyndham Garden Hotel & Woodward Conference Center, located at 3401 South IH-35, Austin, TX 78745. The purpose of the Industry Day Conference is to provide preliminary information on VA's anticipated acquisition for Managed Services (Tier-0, Tier-1, and Tier-2) to include an overview, technical requirements, business/contract considerations, and potential acquisition approaches. The Industry Day will also provide an opportunity for contractors to ask questions. Registration Requirements: Companies of all sizes are invited, but you must be registered to attend. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached. A maximum of four representatives per company will be allowed. Please submit your company s name, as well as the names and email addresses of the company representatives attending, to the Points of Contact below by Friday, March 31, 2017: Derek.maselli@va.gov and kendra.archbald@va.gov Submit any questions you have in writing via email by Thursday, March 30, 2017 to Derek and Kendra as well. All Industry Day information (briefings, follow up Q&A, attendee list, etc.) will be posted publicly via FBO. This announcement is not a request for proposal and in no way commits the Government to award a contract(s). No solicitation exists at this time.
