- THIS DEMONSTRATION IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. There will be a (Unclassified and Classified) pre-solicitation demonstration/briefing on 11 April 2017 between 0800-1200 at USSOUTHCOMs Conference Center for the America's (CCA). The unclassified briefing that details the Common Awareness Architecture (CAA)/Key Leader Engagement (KLE) concept/methodology along with a discussion about what capabilities are needed from the private sector. Cleared vendors will also be provided a demonstration of the existing CAA prototype. To view the Classified portion of Demonstration the attendees are required to have a Final Active Secret Clearance, NO interims clearances will be accepted. Attendees will submit all clearance documentation to SMO Code: W096AA7. Responses must be received no later than 4:00PM (EST) on Tuesday, 04 April 2017. The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Demonstration announcement participation is strictly voluntary. USSOUTHCOM HQ is located at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, FL 33172. Attendees must allow up to one hour for processing security and badging.
