- DOL Wage Rates FAR Clauses SOW HSCG52-17-Q-PRW003 The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) invites your company to submit a quotation in accordance with the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, parts, supervision, transportation and other services necessary to install (2) new replace OEM refrigerant compressors and perform cleanup services after a failure and after a burnout condition in the Above Air model number AWC-120D-4-HGHPO-OA-ST, serial number 1202552, 10 ton capacity, ground water source heat pump per Statement of Work, attached separately. All work shall be conducted in strict accordance with the scope of work, contract clauses and applicable service contract act wage determinations for services therein. Offerors or their subcontractors shall have all required State of Massachusetts and local permits, licenses, and certifications needed in the performance of this contract. Period of Performance: 17 April 2017 through 28 April 2017 Source selection: The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process will be used; contract award will be made to a Contractor with the best value resulting from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. The FOB Destination for delivery is: U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod, Hanger 3181 Herbert Road, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542. Site Visit: Visits to the site may be coordinated with Jim Pulsifer (COR), office: 508-968-6648, albert.j.pulsifer@uscg.mil Companies quoting should include the following: (1) The solicitation RFQ number. (2) The name, address, telephone number, and point of contact for the offer. (3) Price, availability and any discount terms.
