Description
SOURCES SOUGHT NOITCE The United States Air Force (USAF) 771 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) is in the process of considering an acquisition strategy for procuring a web-based Supplier Risk Reference Database subscription that will be used by the Air Force Instillation Contracting Agency (AFICA) for risk management of potential suppliers. This data has been supplied in the past through a subscription with Dun and Bradstreet. DISCLAIMER The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information about the marketplace as well as capabilities for planning purposes as defined in FAR 15.201(e). Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Offerors are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. For copyright purposes, offerors are also advised that submitting a proposal implies express permission for the Government to use the data, pictures, and other information contained in the submittals. We highly encourage all interested parties to provide a complete and thorough response to this RFI, however not responding will not preclude participation should a solicitation be released CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND: AFICA 771 st ESS is currently conducting market research to determine qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The information requested by this notice will be used within the Air Force for market research purposes only and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Should a future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, it is anticipated the period of performance will include a base year spanning one year from award date and four12 month option periods. It is anticipated the contractor will be required to provide subscription services. The services provided are outlined in the Draft PWS attached. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: Capability information should include a brief description of experience (Commercial or Government) in providing the requirements similar to those described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contract the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Capability packages should be limited to no more than 10 pages.
