- Wage Discriptions Fill out FAR Clause Statement of Work/ Shipping Regions COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon the quality and price reasonableness of offers received.
