- See Attached RFQ •1. PROJECT NAME: RFQ# M00263-17-Q-0003 PROJECTORS •2. SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS: All contractors must comply with the requirements listed below for this RFQ. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. •3. Basis for Award and Evaluation Criteria : This procurement is being conducted under FAR SubPart 8.4. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotations: The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The apparent successful, prospective contractor shall have satisfactory past performance. Quoters shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. The lowest-priced quotation shall be evaluated first. If the lowest-priced quotation is technically acceptable, no other quotations will be evaluated. Technical Acceptability Technical Acceptability is defined as meeting all specifications defined in Section 4. You must address each specification and each deliverable. Past Performance The apparent successful, prospective contractor shall have satisfactory past performance. Past Performance shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Governmentwide Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) at www.ppirs.gov will be considered as part of the past performance evaluation process.
