This requirement is for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service for Elevators at Charlie Norwood Veterans Army Medical Center and Fisher House, Augusta, Georgia. This service contract shall be awarded with a base period from April 1, 2017 September 30, 2017 and four option years from October 1, 2017 30 September 2021. This procurement shall be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). It is 100% set-aside for Veteran-owned Small Business (VOSB). All interested Veteran Owned Small Businesses both commercially available via the open market as well as GSA/FSS schedule holders, may apply. The closing date for this procurement is Forthcoming.
