SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE NOTE: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REQUESTING INFORMATION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. The Bay Pines Veteran Affairs Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified vendor to perform document storage and retrieval services in accordance with National Archives Records Administration NARA standards. Requirements include furnishing all labor, services and equipment to provide Medical and Administrative Record storage and delivery services for the BPVAHCS in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Currently there are 635 one cubic foot records storage boxes located at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center at 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744 that will need to be picked-up and stored; however, that number will change month to month and a portion of them will need to be destroyed in the near future based on dates. This requirement is for a base and four (4) option years, with an estimated start date of 5/29/2017. REQUIRED INFORMATION If your firm is fully qualified to perform the required services, please provide the below requested information regarding your firm: The socio-economic status of your firm, keeping in mind the NAICS code for this requirement is 493190 Other Warehousing and Storage with a Small Business size standard threshold of $27.5 million. If your company meets small business size requirements and is capable of providing these services, please provide a response. RESPONSE Any response that does not provide the necessary information in the capability statement will be considered to be a negative capability response. Responses shall be sent via email to steven.scharlow@va.gov, no later than 4:30 PM EST on 4/4/2017. Simply responding as an interested party does not constitute your company as a source. Offeror must provide the above requested information. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be published. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award of Federal Government contracts.
