Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this solicitation are due by 31 March 2017 @ 2:00 p.m. PST. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number VA261-17-Q-0353. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95, January 19, 2017. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325120 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Additional documentation has been included attached to this notice to include: a list of contract line items, a description of requirements for the items to be acquired, SOW/PWS, Date(s) and place(s) of delivery, and applicable clauses and provisions. Requirement: Purchase of liquid oxygen for one (1) medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, for a period of 12 months. Please see attached Statement of Work for specifics.
