Description

Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 is conducting a market survey for qualified SDVOSD or VOSB capable of providing/hosting Recognition Luncheon within ten miles of the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, Montrose campus.   The contractor shall provide a single meeting space for one day and shall be available on April 28, 2017 from 9:00am 3:30pm.   The location shall have enough tables, chairs, and parking spaces for approximately 250 people.   The meeting space shall have podium set up, stage set up and public address system set up.   The contractor shall be responsible for setting up the meeting area, providing buffet style food, drinks, and desserts and providing enough utensils, cups, and napkins.    The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is  722320 (Caterers) and the standard size is $7.5 million.   The Product Service Code (PSC) is S203 (Housekeeping-Food).   All responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email: charnell.cunningham@va.gov) and must be received not later than April 3, 2017 at 10:00AM EST.   Interested parties shall provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time may not be considered for this procurement.
