Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Kimchuk, Inc., Commerce Park, Corporate Drive, Danbury, Connecticut 06810 for the following items: 15 Each Altitude Simulator System, PN: 4G15729G01; 1 Each Recurring Set Up; 1 Each SMD Tooling & Visual Aid NRE; 1 Each Tooling & Test PCB NRE; 1 Each Test Engineering & Equipment for Section 8, 9, 10 and 12 NRE; 1 Each Tinning Set Up; 1 Each Set Up (4G15726H01); 1 Each Excess Material Cost. Kimchuk is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the altitude simulator assemblies and has established technical requirements for its components. The are the exclusive holder of the Bill of Materials. There is no other source with the knowledge and skills required to produce the assemblies. Delivery will be to Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 within eight weeks after award of the order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334513 and the size standard is 750 employees. FSC is 5180.
