Description: Amendment 0006 deletes Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_24 March 2017 REVISION 2 and replaces it with Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_28 March 2017. All prior versions of Attachment B-1 are obsolete. In addition, the due date for receipt of Attachment J-3 Past Performance Questionnaire is extended from March 24, 2017 to Thursday, March 30, 2017 2:00PM EST. NOTE: The due date for receipt of Offeror Proposals is NOT extended. Amendment 0005 deletes Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet _24 March 2017 REVISION 1 incorporated by Amendment 0004 and replaces it with Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_24 March 2017 REVISION 2. The due date for receipt of proposals is not extended. Amendment 0004 deletes Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_24 March 2017 and replaces it with Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_24 March 2017 REVISION 1. The due date for proposals is not extended. Amendment 0003 deletes the current Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet CWP Rev 1_16 Mar and replaces it with Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_24 March 2017. The due date for receipt of proposals is not extended. Amendment 0002 responds to questions received in response to the SIR DTFACT-17-R-00014 and replaces the following attachments: DTFACT-17-R-00014 02 March2017 pages 2-85; Attachments B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet; C-1 CWP SOW; C2 CWP SOW Labor Category Description; and J-3 Past Performance Questionnaire. The due date for receipt of proposals is extended to March 30, 2017 2:OOPM EST. The due date for J-3 Past Performance Questionnaires is extended to March 24, 2017 2:00PM EST. The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to obtain business program management, project management, and information technology (IT) services to support the operation and maintenance of the FAA 冱 Corporate Work Plan (CWP) System. This requirement is sponsored by the CWP Program Office (ABP 360) within the Office of Budget and Programs (ABP-1). The attached Statement of Work describes the CWP System and the FAA 冱 specific requirements. The FAA seeks to award a single, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a one year Base period of performance and four (4) one year options. Task orders issued will be primarily Time and Material and, when in the FAA 冱 best interest, Firm Fixed Price. Options will be priced and evaluated for award purposes as part of the offeror 冱 proposal in accordance with AMS 3.2.4-31 (April 1996). This acquisition is set aside exclusively for competition among Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business SEDB 8(a) concerns that are expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA 冱 8(a) program. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code applicable to this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services; with a size standard of $27.5 Million. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted in writing via email to sharon.spector@faa.gov and debra.stuart@faa.gov by 2 PM EST Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Responses to questions will be provided to all offerors as an amendment to this announcement prior to the due date for receipt of proposals. Offers must be submitted via email to sharon.spector@faa.gov and debra.stuart@faa.gov on or before 2:00PM EST Thursday, March 23, 2017. Offerors are encouraged to pay particular attention to Section L of the attached SIR for specific instructions on how to prepare and submit proposals. Section M of the attached SIR provides criteria on how proposals will be evaluated. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, on the date established for receipt of offers in order to be considered for award.
