Description

VA250-17-N-0418 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE IntelliBridge The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and and VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to service-disabled Veteran-owned small business concerns. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Four Points Technology, LLC, 14900 Conference Center Drive, Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151, for an IntelliBridge. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The ItelliBridge collects physiologic parameters, waveforms, device settings and alarm data. These modules are required for patient care and monitoring in SICU as well as the updated SICU. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Monday, April 3, 2017 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.   A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation is available at this time. Please see attached (FBO) solicitation with mandatory and pertinent clauses.
