Description
The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to remove existing condensate return unit, furnish and install new condensate return unit, piping, fittings and insulation as per plans. Remove existing roof exhaust fan currently serving bathroom. Furnish and install new roof exhaust fan to serve both bathroom and grease trap mechanical room. Provide new ductwork, fittings and accessories, modify mechanical room door with new transfer louver as per plans. Furnish and install glycol make-up unit. Unit shall be connected to central chilled water systems as per plans. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 12 April 2017. Tentative date for receipt of quotes is 12 May 2017. Period of Performance: Award is anticipated to be made in late May 2017. The overall period of performance is 117 days after Notice to Proceed - Onsite work is 5 Sept 2017 through 19 September 2017. The applicable North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of 15 million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment bond will be required for award over $35,000. The acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 set aside for Small Business, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Our office no longer issues solicitation or amendments in paper form.
