(FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY) The purpose of this email is to identify VENDORS, who are active in System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/ and certified in the Veterans Business ( VETBIZ) http://www.vetbiz.gov/ Vendor Information Page (VIP), who can provide Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) preventive maintenance agreement to maintain the optimal operability of critical equipment necessary for the infrastructure a server room  as required for the following models: Mitsubishi 9833 A Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)                   Serial Number02-GHUEQ1-03 The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, parts and supervision for preventive maintenance visits; same-day on-site emergency response, 7 days/week, 24 hours/day that includes 100% labor and travel coverage; 24 hour 7 days a week telephone technical support, and resources necessary including test equipment. If you are on GSA Schedule for this type of Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) preventive maintenance agreement services, please Identify the GSA Schedule, GSA contract#, NAICS code, and schedule you are providing the maintenance services under. The vendor shall furnish all supplies, parts,  equipment, tools, facilities and services required to perform work. Please respond to renaldo.williams2@va.gov  if you can provide this preventive maintenance and services.  Capabilities statements regarding this preventive maintenance package is requested at this time. The VA is only interested in locating sources preferably local that meet the above criteria and can provide preventive maintenance services in Salt Lake, UT area. Please respond immediately or no later than 12:00pm pm, EST  March 31, 2017.
