- Service Maintenance Agreement Statement of Work. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Reference #: N0025917N0059. Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Brainlab, Inc.; 5 Westbrook Corporate CTR Ste 1,000; Westchester, IL, 60154-5766. The objective of this sole source award is for a one year (with two option years) service maintenance agreement for Brainlab iPlan RT Stereotactic Radiation Surgery (SRS) Planning System and associated treatment hardware. Salient Characteristics must include: 1. Provide technicians fully qualified to access software and firmware under licenses 2. Include hardware coverage and unlimited access to Brainlab's iPlan RT Helpline 3. Make repairs to the extent necessary to ensure functional system 4. Installation of system update changes to resolve specific product reliability problems 5. Provide hardware and software upgrades as they become available Brainlab, Inc. is the manufacturer and sole distributer of the needed service maintenance agreement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219; the size standard is $20.5 (millions of dollars). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 11:00 AM Pacific Time on April 07, 2017 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gilberto Esteves at gilberto.a.esteves.civ@mail.mil. The email subject line shall state, "Naval Medical Center San Diego, Intent to Award Sole Source to Brainlab, Inc."
