Description

Appendix 1 additional Flight Hangar dimensions for NSC Appendix 1 additional Flight Deck Dimensions for NSC Draft SOO Draft RFP (Word version provided so vendors may edit). This is the draft synopsis/RFP solicitation for industry comments and feedback in order to further define the Government's sUAS procurement strategy for the NSCs. It is NOT the official RFP; therefore, the Government is not seeking proposals at this stage. Please respond with a consolidated list of questions/comments to the Contracting Officer by the due date listed (May 15, 2017). This is the follow on synopsis/draft RFP to Sources Sought RFI HSCG23-16-I-2DAXXX that was posted on 9/30/16. As the market is constantly changing in the UAS world, market research in constantly ongoing. The USCG has already conducted two yearly industry days. The posting of the draft synopsis/RFP will allow for better communication, one on ones and site visits if needed.
