Description

Attach 6 GSA_Vault_CXT_BPA Attach 5 Shoreland_Permit_SIGNED_Rumney AG-1484-S-17-0005-000001 Scope of Contract The work includes delivery and installation of a single vault concrete toilet proceeded by site work including the removal of existing trees and excavation to accommodate a single vault toilet building. Additional contract requirements include the construction of an accessible path to access the toilet off the main hiking trail. Finish work including site cleanup, restoration and seeding is also a contract requirement. Ammendment 000001 issed 03/28/2017 to extend due date to 04/07/2017 and replace Attach 5 and 6 which are attached to this notice.
