This pre-solicitation notice is to notify those interested that the Albany, New York Stratton VA Medical Center will be posting a solicitation on or about April 12, 2017 for the renovation of the five service elevators located in the main building. The solicitation will also include an option for the renovation of the five passenger elevators located at the facility. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238290. The small business standard is $15.0 million. The estimated price range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A complete scope of work, specification, drawings, instructions on submission of proposals, and information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the solicitation.
