GENERAL: This RFQ is to furnish inspection and maintenance service on Four (4) passenger elevators, Two (2) freight elevators, one (1) community building hydraulic passenger elevator, one (1) hydraulic cart lift, and three (3) dumbwaiters identified in the Schedule of Elevators commencing fifteen (15) calendar days after the Notice To Proceed (N.T.P.) and continuing for one year with four option years to follow.
