This is a solicitation announcement for Small Businesses to submit proposals for FA5000-17-R-0010, (Furniture Management Office). Please refer to the attached solicitation for details. 3. From this date forward all information and communication for this solicitation must be made through the identified Contracting Officer. 4. Upon receipt of registration for the "Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit" detailed attendance information will be provided. To register, upload a document from your company containing Full Name, Driver License, Phone Number of all attendees, follow Instructions for AMRDEC file upload in the RFP Clause 52.212-1 Addendum, paragraph D (1). In "Description of Files" enter "FMO-Conference Attendees". End of update****** This is a presolicitation for furnishings management section (FMS) on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The NAICS code is 561210. The PSC is S216. The desired contract will contain a base year and four options for a year each. The contractor will maintain the furnishings management section (FMS), to include appliance and furnishings support (repair and maintenance). All labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other furnished property and services except as specified in the contract as Government Furnished Property/Services will be provided by the contractor. A fixed price contact is contemplated. Amendment 01 extends the anticipated solicitation posting date and subsequent dates. Amendment 02 provides a revised DRAFT PWS (09 Feb 17) as well as a Q&A (14 Feb 17) in response to the previous PWS. Amendment 03 further extends the anticipated solicitation posting date and subsequent dates (NOTE: all dates provided are estimates and are subject to change). It also provides revisions to the evaluation factors outlined in the addendums to FAR Clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, removing the Technical Evaluation criteria. Finally, a revised Q&A is provided with minimal edits. A PWS revision is anticipated but is not prepared for DRAFT posting at this time. Amendment 04 further extends the anticipated solicitation posting date and subsequent dates. Additional corrections were made to correct typos and change POCs in FAR Clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. Finally, a current PWS, dated 03 Mar 17, is attached.
