- The Social Security Administration will host their 10th Annual Small Business Procurement Conference on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 7:00am to 3:00pm. This is an opportunity for you to display and gain access to SSA's government officials and procurement representatives. Once a year we highlight the awareness of the small business community to the contracting opportunities available within SSA. The conference is open to all industries and provides an environment for the following: learn acquisition needs, market your products/services, attend workshops, and participate in one-on-one matchmaking sessions, as well as exhibit to government agencies and prime contractors. Location: Social Security Administration 6401 Security Boulevard Mikulski Auditorium and Multi-Purpose Room Baltimore, MD 21235 Date and Time: Thursday, June 8 2017 - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Registration Cost: General Registration $79.95 Government Agencies - Complimentary Exhibitors $249.95 Government Agencies Exhibitors - Complimentary Registration is now open: Please use the following registration portal: https://www.regonline.com/2017SSASBConference Register: Registration is required. Only pre-registered attendees are allowed to access to the facility. Online registration will be the ONLY method for ensuring attendance. NO ONSITE REGISTRATION! Deadline for registration is June 6, 2017 at 12:00AM. Matchmaking appointments are in 15-minute increments with a five-minute break in between each appointment. Each company is limited to three appointments with buyers related to their NAICS code to ensure the best match and maximum participation by small businesses attending the conference. A list of the Buyers are available on the website, you will be able to make your appointments online.
